When paying by card, the amount is only withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped – if an item is in backorder, the amount is only raised when the item is shipped.
When you buy goods at, all your card information is encrypted with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with QuickPay / Nets.
Our redemption agreement with Nets means that we meet very high security requirements, and to provide maximum security for your credit card information, we do not store this information. All payments are made on QuickPay’s secure servers.
We only keep an electronic receipt from QuickPay / Nets, which allows us to withdraw the amount that you have accepted.

Within 30 days of receipt of the item, please let us know your cancellation and complete the “Standard Cancellation Form” below with the relevant information.

You then have 14 days to return the item to us. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price is refunded to your account. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

You are liable for deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the product. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use. If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, , that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the goods.

There is no right of withdrawal for goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return if the seal is broken.

You have to cover the cost of return yourself. This means that we will only receive goods that have been paid for the delivery of the goods.

If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

Please return the item in the same packaging in which you received the item to ensure the condition of the item.

Lack of original packaging may be a loss of value, so in order to be able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

The shortage rules of the Purchasing Act apply to goods purchases. grants a 2-year warranty under the Purchasing Act, including manufacturing and material defects that are found in the normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about faults and deficiencies must be notified to within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair or replacement, discount in price or money back, depending on the specific situation.
Please attach a full error description of the item’s defect and a copy of the purchase invoice. As a general rule, the item will be repaired or exchanged for an equivalent within approx. Fourteen days. However, if special conditions occur that make it impossible to handle the repair or replacement within the aforementioned time, it may extend further.
