The porcelain filter holder from Hario is imported from Japan, and is very different from the traditional ones we know, as it is conically designed. This means that the water will run towards the center of the filter and prolong the contact with the ground beans. A larger hole has been made in the middle than on the traditional filter holders. The large hole means that the pointed filter goes down through the filter holder and enables the water to flow freely. The extraction is therefore determined by the flow rate. Therefore, the taste will depend on how quickly you choose the water to flow through the ground beans. You decide the taste! The filter holder V60 got its name because the funnel has an angle of 60 degrees. We have it in 3 different sizes.
