Sweet coffee for several brewing methods. We have roasted it with filter brewing in mind, but it also works fine in the espresso machine. Finca Las Nubes is translated as "Farm in the clouds", an appropriate name since the coffee is grown on the slope of the Quetzaltepec volcano at 1200-1500 meters altitude in El Salvador.
