We are still crazy about the origin of coffee and some of the best coffee can be found in Africa. Ethiopia is a favorite we always have and one of the places where organic is most prevalent among coffee growing countries.
This coffee is roasted lighter to bring out the delicate nuances in the coffee. We brew it in the espresso machine, on a filter and anything else you can think of because it just keeps a high standard.

Agroforestry is the easiest way to describe how this coffee is grown. Not a traditional farm, but coffee plants that are planted in a forest area where coffee berries are then collected and brought to a common processing station also called a mill.
Here, coffee berries are processed with water to remove the pulp and the coffee is subsequently dried in the sun before being packaged for export.
Forest cultivation is a sustainable and long-term solution that produces high-quality coffee without devastating costs to nature.
