Scuro - Espresso Blend

Scuro is roasted a little darker than Chiaro . It is a sweet organic blend, for espresso brewing, with low acidity and lots of body but still a little fruity. Can be enjoyed with or without milk.

Scuro, our super delicious and full-bodied espresso blend, is a delightful combination of Ethiopian and Brazilian coffee. The name Scuro means “dark” in Italian, and it fits perfectly with this blend, which is slightly darker than Chiaro , but without being dark roasted. Scuro has a lovely harmonious composition of fruity notes with a fresh touch of citrus and cocoa. Imagine sweet plums and fresh blueberries, making the coffee wonderfully sweet and full-bodied. The cocoa notes add a delicious deep chocolate flavor, providing a nice contrast to the sweet and fruity notes. The Brazilian beans in the Scuro lay the foundation for the blend’s rich chocolate notes, while the Ethiopian beans add a fruity dimension to the taste experience.
