Tricolore is a tribute to the origin of espresso and the country that many associate with the "real" espresso - for the first time we have experimented with robusta in the mixture to give the unmistakable power and invigorating effect of an Italian dark roasted espresso. Over time, it will acquire a slightly shiny layer, but it is absolutely not "burnt on".
